Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The floral arrangement was pretty but somewhat smaller than I hoped it would be, I had timely service which I appreciated, ---- Florists Response: Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. That particular arrangement you ordered is a more compact style which can be hard to tell from images online. We are looking into trying to add approximate dimensions of arrangements to our website if possible.
