Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I did a designers choice bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful. It was delivered on time and was sent an email that it indeed was delivered. Ordered assorted carnations for Mother’s Day to hand out at church. The carnations were exceptionally fresh and the pink, gold and apricot colored flowers were a hit with our congregation. ---- Florist's Response: We LOVE the color assortment on those carnations as well! I usually call my orders in over the phone. Always quick an polite. Sometimes I wait to the last minute cuz I'm a typical male and forget about things much like this order. I called at 9:30 they had it delivered by 11:30 but I don't recommend waiting to the last minute. Give these ladies some time to create your masterpiece.
